(NASDAQ: HTLF), announced that its board of directors approved its quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share on the company's common stock payable on November 29, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 15, 2019. As of September 30, 2019, there were 36,696,190 common shares outstanding listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol HTLF.
